and lots of other books. Have you read these books? Fable Haven is probably more for 8+ and Tuck Everlasting, too. Otherwise they're good for all ages.

We have liked "A Long Way from Chicago" by: Richard Peck. He also wrote "A Year Down Yonder" Funny funny.
We've enjoyed "Where the Red Fern Grows", "My Side of the Mountain", "Island of the Blue Dolphin". We read as a school "Where the Mountain Meets the Moon" By Grace Lin and "The Castle Corona" By Sharon Creech. Excellent books. We've also enjoyed listening to the Max & Maddy mysteries, By Alexander McCall Smith.
Happy Reading! We've really enjoyed listening to them on CD in the car too.
